What is leave and licence agreement .How far is it different from a lease agreement

Leave and licence agreement is for a temporary duration without conferring even the right of 'possession' upon the licencee; where ever a tenancy may be monthly or even yearly and may go for indefinite period and the tenant will have exclusive right of 'possession' which cannot be interfered with by the landlord.

both differs in relation to periods. Former is for temperory period and licensee is to vacate the premises if the termis not extended.
