leave &licence agreement at pune maharashtra
can it be for thee years ? is it compulsory to register it? What will be the stamp duty and registration fee?

A lease above 1 year is compulsory registerable and will attract advalorem stamp duty exigible in the state.

As per the latest amendment registration of leave & Licence is compulsory. It can be made for 33 months and not for 3 years.
