83yrs-spinster-leassor;a couple with2kids leasee.entered into agrmnt feb06.11m.agrmnt not rgrd for non-paymnt s.depos.and with leasee.possession given. he died feb07.wife pleded cont. stay-promise to clear dues-habitual defaulter rs40000+ 1.howwill ipossession -dues in absence of regd agrmnt?2.what will be success in suit?3.in case of failure what will be her legal status-owner/tenant/tresspasser/leasee/anyother?
