Can the Leave License Agreement of Residential Premises can be done for 12 months and whether it will attract Lease or Tenancy in case dispute exists between the parties under Maharashtra Rent Control Act, 1999 ?

Leave licence agreement can be done for a period of 36 months. it is safe to make the same for 11 months and then renew the same. Further if you give it to different parties rather than one party again and again it will not attract MRCA 1999
