leave and license flat
we have a flat licensed to someone. there are going to be two indivisuals going to be staying there, are there any ristrictions on licensee on having guests staying with them for short period of time?

No, as long as permission is obtained from the landlord and the proper police verification is conducted for the two persons.

No, there are no such restrictions. however, sometimes in some areas the local police issue orders requiring flat owners/tenants to provide information about guests; you may check with the local police station of your area about such requirement, if any.
