i am leaving in mumbai, i need to know that tenanted property can be transferred to the adopted son. kindlu reply on [email protected]

I believe that your adopted son is staying with you. And you have legally adopted him. You do not have any child other then the adopted one. Based on this assumption yes he will be entitled to tenancy after you, provided he is living with you.
