Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I am leaving my rented house before completion of 11 months lease agreement. I have given a timely notice to the house owners. As per Agreement I just have to pay them 1 month rent and repair costs if any. I have paid them 10 months deposit while moving in since it is a rule in bangalore. The landlord is now deducting a lot of money giving some crazy reasons. Can I go to consumer court against him?
