Re: Legal Advice on a will

you may simply file a suit for succession and obtain succession order on the basis of the will. it is not mandatory that the will has to be registered.

You will have to take probate/sucession certificate from the court.

Re: Legal Advice on a will

You may need to seek "probate" of the will by filing a suit in the District Court or High Court of your area.

If the probate order is in your favour, the authorities will be required to make necessary changes in ownership records in your name.
