Who is liable to pay Society dues in a Registered Co-operative Society, whan a Licencee takes shelter under the Rent Act 0f 1973

your question is not clear. in a co-op hsg soc unless otherwise agreed it is the licensor (member) who is liable for society dues. The licensee is liable to pay only licence fees and deposit as agreed in L & L agreement.
