Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I am licencor, licensee refuse to vacate my premises after expiry of license period. Is there any scope to occupy the same at my case ? he has send money order as rent for the period beyond license period. Could I accept the same without any prejudice to my right and contention. If not what to do now ?

you may file the suit for eviction. regarding acceptance of rent, you need to mention your state and amount of rent. better consult a local lawyer well versed with state rent laws.
