Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
We live in a house on pagdhi system in Mumbai, the house is in the name of my grand mother however, she expired but her son is still living in the house and has no other house to stay.
Can the landlord ask him to vacate on the grounds of bonifide requirements (personel use) ,i.e., his son is going to get married and he needs the house?
Is there any law if tenant is living in the house for more than 10 - 20 yrs it belongs to the tenant?
