Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I live in a MHADA society in south Mumbai from passed 10 years with my family in a 181 sq ft house only. i, the 3rd tenant occupant having House agreement, bonifide certificate, indeminity bond stamp papers, Electricity Billing and Ration Card on my name but did not convert MHADA papers due to ignorance. Now i need to claim MHADA Tenancy papers on my name as people say its essential...please advice how can i claim / achieve ??? How much will be the total sum of Rupees as i know that revenue will cost lot but also heard from many that revenue from the government will be stopped soon...Please advice / guide when will these happen and how do i process the needful???
