Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
We are living in a builder floor in West Delhi. There are total four floors and I have ground floor. Off and On , there are problems with one or the other Floor Owners due to water leakage, Sealing etc.This creates a damage to our floor. They are not so co-operative to come forward to reach any solution. Moreover, the Top Floor Owner has not provided any Stairs because of which we are not able to go and check our water tanks regularly. This creates a big problem when we ask them to provide us stair as per the sale agreement.It seems they are totally indifferent and now I am planning to take a legal action against them.
Please advice.

Call police and initiate a criminal proceedings to get positive results.
