Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
We are living in old type pagadi system bldg (not in owenership) from 1990 so if we want to sell our property then is it necessary to give bit of share to landlord though we are the owener of the property& if we need to then how much?.

yes you will have to give a %age to landlord while selling the property. generally maximum is 30 to 40% but you can negotiate for less.
