Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I am living with my wife in my mother in laws pagdi system room at Virar East.The rent is Rs.150/- p.m. i am ready to pay this to land lord.But land lord tell us pay Rs.4000/- p.m. because me & my wife can not live in this room My brother in law can live with his family in this room but my wife is lonly daughter of my mother & father in law & I am gharjamai of them.
Can daughter & gharjamai live in the pagadi system room with permission of pagadi owner, what is the law say in this matter.Please advise us.
