l&l agreement-it's fallout etc.

stmp-pper Rs50/ dt. Jan.05 purchased by LEASEE. execution dt Feb06. not regstd due to non recpt of sec.depo.in full.L&L period 11-M. LEASEE chronic defaulter(huge) relactant to vacate; i presume; from behaviour. terms:-rs10000/-sec.depo.+1500/pm comption.Q1. is it a true-valued stmp pper?has it's validity expired?if there any provsion to get extended validity-penalty? as on today leasee is in POSSESSION without permission ;can he be termed as TRESSPASSER especially if the agrmnt. is signed on INVALID-PPER? Q. how can i proceed with for REPOSSIOSSION&recovery of dues?-civil /creminal suit?Duration for FINAL JGMNT (approx)? court fees ?relief for LADYSR-CITIZEN?Q. what will be INTERIM RELIEF(monetory)?please guide!
