Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

I m flat owner. I m give my flat to one of the tenent for 11 month agreement. Now problem is that the said tenent is lady and after complition of said she refuse to vacant my flat. What can I do? Plz advice me. What legal remedy I have to vacant this flat from my so called tenent.

You have given the premises under Leave License? Where premises are located, in which state? Every state has a different Rent Act. Without this in put; it is not possible to answer your query.

Dear Sir / Madam,

If the licensee refuses to vacate, lodge a Police complaint against the licensee for unauthorized trespassing into your premises. The Police will ask the licensee to immediately vacate the premises.
