Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Maharashtra Co-op Societies
Hi Lawguru,
A member had file a suit in the co-op court against illegal addition of 4 rooms in the society. The suit has been filed against society and the four members without making muncipal authorities the party.
Does the Co-op Court has authority to hear such disputes and pass order for demolition or penalty? Kindly Help
