Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

How to make our case strong

My father is a medical doctor and has been practicing in a clinic rented 50 years back. The actual owner who is no more transferred all his property in his two grandsons' (above 20 years of age) name. The property includes house, a shop run by their father (this shop is also in their name and they work jointly with their father, although business is in their father's name), another shop is also given on rent. Now these grandsons have sent a notice to my father through court, to evacuate the clinic. The reason they have given to the court is that they are unemployed and they need the shop to start their work/business. Under present situation changed property laws are going in favor of landlords. How much strong or week are my father's chances in this case and what could be the best reply from my father to their notice, at the court? Can this case be decided and judgment be given within 2 months?-- this is what the judge said when my father's lawyer asked him to give two month time to prepare the reply.

Please let me know what can be done in this situation.

Thanks
