Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
A member of the Housing society was disqualified from elections as he had not paid his society dues. subsequently if member pays his dues, can he be co-opeted as managing committee member and be appointed as a " Secretary" ?
Since his election application was disqualified, he could not contest the elections,
