Monthly Society Charges
But Sir, Agreement does not specify the amount that tenent has to pay per month after possession.
As I specified earlier builder has neither formed either apartment not society.
But builder has issued an letter specifying members name who will take care of the building prepmises.

The issue may be mutually sorted out without any litigation. However, in case of dispute, you may consider filing a complaint before Consumer Forum.
