Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I have moved in rented place and the owner has lied about apartment. there is rain water coming from wardrobes along with insects. there is seepage and there is health hazard for me as resident. the agents are alos not repsonding proactively. what are my rights as tenant as per mumbai legal frame? I am ready to move out if compensation is paid.
