Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Mr. A is trying to do some illegal extension to his house situated in the property of Mr. B. Whether Mr. B can wait for Mr. A to commence construction and then file suit seeking stay of construction and demolition of whatever constructed OR whether Mr. B can file suit now itself seeking injunction restraining Mr. A from carrying out any construction.
