Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I am from Mumbai and in a Relationship and both of us are not minors. We are planning to move together(Live-in) but Owners doesn't allow it, they are skeptical about it.
What if, we lie the owner that we are married and move to a flat. Is there any legal hassles in it, could we be get any problems in future. Please advise...

if you both will fight then owner will put his evidence that you are married and you both will be considered as husband and wife and that may create problem for you.
