Without having mutation in his the land owner / landlord can file an ejectment suit or not ?

in case there is a dispute as to ownership and mutation is not done in the name of proposed owner, how can the ejectment be filed.

HE can file ejectment, but if any dispute raised in respect of ownership then all expercise will be vain. coz then u have to prove ur ownership first
