non occupancy charges
1)can society fix non occupancy charges over and above 10 % of normal society charges
2) can society reject permission to give our flat to bachelors on leave license

The Societies are managed by their members through electoral process. These decisions are taken in the Managing Committee for the benefit of the members.
If you are aggrieved by any decision, you may challenge the same before the Registrar of Cooperative Societies or the civil court.

1)No the maximum is 10%.
2)Yes for benefit of the society and other members the society can reject.
