In Andhra Pradesh, what is the law
regarding notice to the tenant for
vacating the premise? We do not
have--name removed--agreement,
only verbal.
We also have paid 2 months
deposit.

You should continue paying rent and obtain receipt; he the landlord is not giving receipt, you may start paying rent by Money Order or by Bank Draft.
