Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
We have obtained legal possession of our outhouse / shop through high court. We wanted to start computer training business in this premise. But this was some 15 years back. Now 1.Do we need to start only computer training business in this building which is in a totally bad shape? 2. Can we start any different business? 3. Can we demolish the outhouse and can we start a plant nursery and do a nursery business? 4. Or can we just demolish the building and do no business as this requires lot of investment?
