Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Pagdi house
Hi..i was living in a padgi house but had to shift due to accute water problem. I am now staying in a rented house. I hav not sold my pagdi house. It is vacant. I want to shift after the water condition improves.
(1) Can the landlord force me to vacate the house since it is not occupied as of now.
(2) I had bought the house around 8 yrs back when the property prices where low. Can I demand the current price from my landlord if I he wants me to vacate.
