Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Pagdi House
I am living in a pagdi house. The rent receipt is in my grandfathers name who has passed away long back without transferring the title. His son my dad has also passed away, I am living in the house with my family for 30 years and paying the rent.
My question is
1. Can i transfer the title to my name.
2. Can the legal hiers to my grandpa (uncle and aunts) claim any right or shares on a padgi house.
Please guide me on the above matter.
