Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
We have a pagdi house in Sion for last 20 years that was bought by my grandfather. In the last couple of years my grandfather and grandmother have passed away and we reside in London. However we still pay montly rent and we go to India every year for a month and reside in that house. Is there a way we can get the house transfered to my father's name? or is landlord going to ask a huge lump of money for the transfer ? Please advice. Thank you
