pagdi Issue
Since my parents are not residing with me as of now can the landlord ask us to vaccate the flat.If so what should be my actions agaisnts the same.

You may continue living in the apt without your parents if you continue making regular payments of your dues/rent etc. You may not need to take any action and rather wait for the landlord to initiate any case.
