Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Pagdi System.
My father had buy shop in Metro (Town side) which is under pagdi system (owned by some trust), He had rented this shop to some party, He had gave on mutual understanding, Please advice me do i have to go for L&L agreement for same or nominal agreement on plain paper between parties.
