Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
paggdi dispute
I am staying in paggdi based house at dombivili-thane district, Mumbai- Maharashtra, we (me and my parents) are there for more than 30 years. Now due to some internal problems my father is not staying with me. I and my wife are putting in this flat as my father has no objection in that.
My landlord is always questioning me about the visitors to my house as w(why have they come? when ill they leave...etc
kindly advice wether he has any right to ask the same and wat shall i do about it

He may have no right to question about your guests unless you are indulging in some wrong / illegal activity.
