To whom we have to pay rent if the legal owner of the property not known ?

Just don't pay till the actual owner is known to you. Otherwise send the cheque in the name of the last owner by post.

Dont pay the rent to anyone till the dispute with regard to the ownership is not decided by Court.

Your concern should not be the "legal owner" but the person who allowed you to enter the house as a tenant. The rent should be paid to the "landlord" and not the real owner. Both are different in law. The landlord is the person who inducted you as a tenant.
