Is it right to send the rent by (post aknowledgment) to the landlord if they stop to give the receipt ?
& how many percent does it works for legal rights or any other media to give the rent which is 100% legal

Sending the rent by rpad is best way.It is treated and accepted as evidence by the court.

Yes, that may be the right method; it works almost in every case. In the event of refusal, that may establish your bona fide for making rent payments.
