it is the case where the plaintiff wuld be asking u to perform the act / liability which u have contracted too....
if nothing left to be performed in that contract than u can defend the case in court of law....

It is a case in which the Plaintiff ask a the defendant to perform his act /duty/liability with or without the agreement/contract.
