file a suit for possession and if the agreement falls within the rent act, then petition for eviction can be filed.

Rent control law, procedure and ambit may vary in every state, If TN

File Rent control original petition for eviction, if rural area, file suit for ejectment

otherwise, file OP for fixation of fair rent

You must cite proper reasons for eviction, eviction for own occupation is a good stand to vacate tenant
