Police Verification of Tenant
This question pertains to City Pune Country India. While the lease agreement was legally executed, police verification of the tenant was delayed. What is the penalty/ consequences for the delay.

Is there a provision for verification of tenant in your city and how did you apply and where did you apply.
You told that lease agreement was legally executed then how did you got registered when the verification sought by you is not completed.
