getting possession of vacant room from tenants

We have three vacant rooms occupied by tenants who stay at other place. How should we take possessin of vacant rooms?

You may need to check up about local laws with a counsel there. such laws vary from State to State; like in UP the law requires the landlord to approach the Collector for possession if the tenanted premises are lying vacant.
