Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
My last post was " What are the basic amenities should a landlord provide to tenant"
If a any one of these are not provided ,can a tenant take this up with court of law .
What is the procedure??

if the landlord could not fulfil the terms agreed as per the requirement of the tenant, then only the tenant can claim only in terms of money and nothing more than that.
u can not penalise the landlord.
the agreement should also be duly registered for claiming the same.
