Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I am IT proffessional . I have opened office for software development in my ownership residential flat in Pune . I have obtained Shop Act registration for the office from Pune Muncipal corporation . My society members are taking objection for starting of office.
Please opine whether I can leagly open office for proffessional consulting in my flat . Is it considered that the premises is being used for commercial business purpose ? Is it necessary to obtain NOC from society.

in case the municipal and society bye laws allow your business in residential premises, there may be no hurdle.
