Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
the property has been given on tenancy, the tenant has given on conductor basis to a conductor without consent of landlord. the landlord has filed a rae & r suit in small causes court, against the tenant and conductor as unlawful occupant. now the conductor agreement is coming to an end, can we get a order from the court to stop the tenant from renewing the agreement and restrain the conductor from entering in the premises.
