Property transfer
Property transaction between a b and c. While a having partitation file suit in court and with consent decree b paid payment to a () c purchase the same property from b () now c want to transfer property card on his name but as b not transfer the same from a and hence c from b () to complete the transaction circle c is not having copy of decree and also court hence land & revenue dept not transfering property card from a to be and then c as in conveyance decree is mentioned and court as well as any party not have copy of decree () is there any provision to transfer the same property card without these papers () also any act in land and revenue that on the basis of conveyance property card can be transferred ()

Only a person who has title to the property can sell / transfer to another by executing a conveyance deed.
