Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
There is provision in land revenue administration regulation that equal agriculture land of same village can be exchanged if it is helpful for forming compact block.the collector is competent to grant such permission.
Now my question is that whether this exchange of land will attract stamp duty at the time of registration at sub registrar office. India.
