Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I have purchased and the flat is in my name. I have given it to my brother cuz he is married and he asked for it. I have not made any agreement with him and not taking any rent from him cuz he is my brother. Can I know if I need my place back and if he tries to refuse, what legal action I can take and he can be removed easily.
