Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
i have purchased a house under the pagdi system. 125 sq ft. The landlord and i signed the agreement and paid stamp duty at the sub registrars office and have registered the document in aug 10. But we havent received any rent receipt yet. What should i do , i hav paid cash on sept 10th but havent yet received the rent receipt each time we ask her she moves the date forward, please advice how long should i wait and what should be my next move. the earlier tenant has moved out.
