Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I have Purchased a Row house in a society with 268 flats and 4 row houses. We have made two agreements for purchase.
However the property is accessed as single property and I receive sinlge Property Tax for the property. There is single electricity meter, single water meter. Sinlge entrtance for the door. for all practical purpse it is single house. Both the agreements are in same name i.e. first name is mine and second name is for my wife.
My argument : There is no way society is rendering double service. Should society charge two maintenance charges for commans service or single.
How many share ceritifcates should I possess. pl advice

one has to see if the maintainence is per unit area or per flat, to be seen from the bye laws of the society. this question was answered earlier also
