Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
If is possible to recover the expenses from the pitioner, who is unnecessary harrassing by filing appeal in higher courts despite judgements given by lower courts are against him? each time pititions bring up new reason in the court and pulls the case with sole intention of harrassment.
