Register Leave & Lic. Agreement

I have given my Residential flat to run the Jwellary Institute for a period of 3 yrs. now after completing 1 yr. I had given Notice for pretermination as per agreement clause now Licensee dont agree to give me possession. what to do?

you should terminate the license by a notice and thereafter file a suit for possession against the tresspasser
